Looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom in Redmond, available immediately. Rent is $825, with utilities, which is typically around another $115. Must be OK with Background check. No pets, sorry.
Details:
Approx. 12x12 room with walk-in closet Private access to a shared bathroom. Some living room space will be available 1 garage space + shelving available $50 application fee. The lease is good thru April 2024.
Ideal location, walking distance to DigiPen, BlackRaven, Redmond Town Center. Close to freeways, bus, shopping (Costco, QFC, Fred Myer, Home Depot, theater, restaurants, etc., all nearby.)
No smoking on premises per complex rules. Occasional guests okay with prior notification to roommates). The property is a bit older, so there is some discoloration on the carpet as noted in the pictures, however, I have had the room’s carpet cleaned and this is purely cosmetic.
About the roomies
I am a 33 year old, male, working from home, mostly just keep to my room. I’m a pretty chill, laid back person, everyone’s business is their business. Just pay on time and pick up, and we’re A-OK.
The other roommate is a female in their late 20’s, she moved in back at the start of the most recent lease. She goes in and out a lot of time, but is respectful of people’s space.
