Shepherd Dowling's room

3 rooms available 1 room will have the sliding door (slightly less privacy but you get the best view in the house) This is on one of the top floors so the view is good and you are far enough away from the street that it’s quiet. I’m open to taking any room.

Agreement…

• only use closed top trash can due to smells
• no dishes left in the sink (it’s disrespectful when others need to cook and clean)
• 3 week bathroom cleaning rotations
• headphones only (no speakers) due to work from home quiet environment.
• friends over night on occasion (no long term couples unless rent is adjusted)
• no pets due to allergies unless it’s a reptile, fish or other hypoallergenic pet
• everyone has their own personal fridge shelves and cabinet shelves to prevent one person taking all the space.
• we all tryto pay rent one week ahead for payment safety
• common areas is not used for personal storage and will be kept clean and neet (I have a storage unit for just $67/mo to deal with this)
