About the room
I’m looking for a roommate starting February 1st. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom in my 3 bedroom condo that I rent in a gated complex. Im located near Fort Myers Beach area.
If you know anyone responsible that is looking for a cozy place to live, please send me their information. The bedroom is not furnished but the common spaces are fully furnished.
must apply to be added to the lease with property management company and pass background check ie no felonies, pets are not allowed within the lease, you will have to pay your application fee to apply with the property management company
Your rent would be $800 per month with utilities included (internet and electric)
Currently on a 12 month lease that expires in October 2024 with the option to renew.
About the roomies
I live here currently with my 5 year old son, we live a very calm life! I wake up very early for work Monday- Friday, we do not have any pets. I love reading and binge watching my favorite tv shows!
