About the room
Quiet, ranch home nestled against the mountains on 7 acres of land. Seven horses and three Labrador retrievers… due to the abundance of animals on the ranch there is plenty for use in therapy, therefore I am not accepting any animals. This is a beautiful master bedroom/private bathroom with windows overlooking the property and the horses. If you’re interested in riding the horses, they are there to ride with proper instructions I will guide you.. No Drugs, No Smoking Please.
About the roomies
I am 58 years old. I work at Loma Linda hospital and I am at Loma Linda Hospital 50hrs out of the week. I run east campus in our activities program for rehabilitation. I keep a clean house, and I expect my roommate to be the same. Whatever you decide to cook in the kitchen please clean up after yourself, dirty dishes, go in the dishwasher. Other than that please enjoy the property, Mi Casa Su Casa. The dogs and the horses are very, very very sweet and very, very friendly. The horses are available to ride, with instruction first. I do have a 17 year-old son that’s with me three days out of the week, he is very polite and respectful, he stays to himself, and he’s very quiet when he is home, he also works. Due to the size of the house, it’s hard to detect when anyone is home. If you’ve always dreamed of living on a ranch or being involved with horses, this is the place for you. I’m looking forward to meeting you, Tonya
