Hi there! I’m looking for a compatible roommate available by April 1st. The post will be removed once the room is no longer available.

Apartment info: (150 sq. ft. room in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment)

• Utilities: ~ $80-$120 depending on usage

-On site laundry -Street parking, shared bath -Convenient location - close to groceries, library, restaurants, public transits, hospitals -No A/C -Quiet community -Lots of natural lighting
-Furnished common spaces / partially furnished room if desired -Apartment doesn’t pets allowed

Looking for someone mindful, responsible, considerate, quiet, clean, LGBT friendly, isn’t always home, and able to communicate well. The move in date can be extended since the priority is compatibility - someone mindful and on the cleaner and quieter end of the spectrum would be a better match.

I’m usually in bed by 10:30pm so someone with a similar schedule would probably be ideal. Huge plus if you’re vegan or have a mindfulness practice of some sort.
