Hello,

We are renting out a private bedroom with a large closet and shared bathroom. There has been recent renovation with brand new floors, paint, and an installed kitchen island for a open floor plan in the common area. It is a first floor unit, which creates ease for carrying in groceries and no concerns about walking too loudly for people leaving a unit below. That said, nearly no noise is heard from above. The community is quiet and has construction and renovation hours end by 5pm daily. The HOA is very active in maintaining common space.

We are close to hiking trials and beautiful greenery for outdoorsy people.

Pet interviews are required.

One, outdoor parking spot is available. A second one can be provided at additional cost.

There is a fitness center available.

We are a couple who has created a divided private space in the living room for us to return to 3-4 days/week as we have responsibilities elsewhere. Half of the week at a time, our new roommate will have the entire space to themselves. You will likely see us quietly use the kitchen and come and go for the most part. We keep clean and are strong believers in respecting others’ space and privacy.
