About the room
The room has fresh paint, new outlets, switches and furniture. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The house is in a great neighborhood, near parks and the house is clutter-free and clean. Deer and rabbits come around sometimes, which is nice. Pierce College is within walking distance. We are 420 friendly and do not want someone who drinks heavily or parties and does other drugs. No overnight guests please. There is room in the garage for storage if you need it.
