Meredith 's room

Beautiful updated property in the bel aire neighborhood with new appliances and a fenced in front/backyard. I will only be there part time during vacations as I am in school and the master bedroom which has it’s own bathroom and will be occupied by another renter. Garbage/recycle and water included. PGE, internet/cable is shared. Washer/dryer is new and there is parking in the garage for the master and driveway parking for the second room. The house is currently partly partly furnished as I moved most of my things for school. You are welcome to bring a few things to help decorate the home if you’d like. Also there is a rack in the garage that will have two shelves available for storage.
