We are asking for a flat $800/Month with all utilities included. Some of the Features of the space include: 1GB Wi-Fi speeds, access to full-size W/D, a private bathroom directly next to the room, and an extra closet for storage space. The room for rent as well as its bathroom are located at the opposite end of the house from our bedroom giving everyone some extra privacy and breathing room. The bedrooms immediately next to the space are empty and currently used for storage. If interested in more space we could negotiate to add an additional room to your private space for an increase in the monthly rental price.

A month-to-month lease agreement will need to be signed with us as well as a basic criminal background check passed. No Credit Check as I find them classist and near worthless when trying to determine reliability.

Hi There! My name is Will and I am one of two guys in our early 40s renting a 4 bdrm house in San Tan Valley. Our lease goes through 6/1/2024 after which we are planning to move out of state. We are looking for a roommate through the end of our lease so we can more easily save for our upcoming move.

The right person for the room will be LGBTQ-friendly and ok sharing a space with a boring gay couple that has been together for 20+ years. We do not have any preference as to the age/gender of our roommate. We just want to find someone sane & reliable that pays rent on time.
