About the room
-Apartment is newly renovated with new appliances and countertops. -Its a 2 Br 2 Ba Apartment so you get your own bath. -There’s a covered parking stall and outdoor parking. -There’s a pool and fitness center as well. Both recently renovated. -Lots of storage around the apartment. -There’s a Balcony for plants or to watch the sunrise/sunset. -Apartment is pet friendly but will come with an additional fee.
The Rent/Requirements for lease: -Rent is $1336/mo (room for rent is a smaller so rent was split with that in mind) -Water/PGE is not included in rent but will be split -Wifi not included in rent but will be split
To be added to lease needs make at least -$4000 a month -Must also have good credit ~700+ -No bad rental history.
Note: Pictures are prior to my move-in. Living room is now furnished with the basics(couch, TV, dining table)
About the roomies
My current roommate is looking to move and so I’m looking for someone to take over his place in the lease. I’m a 28 yr old professional in the biotech industry that mostly keeps to myself. I’m a clean person and try my best to keep both my room and common areas clean.
