Oscar's room

Renting out a medium sized room that is on the 1st floor of a townhome. The other 3 rooms are upstairs on 3rd floor. There’s a balcony, full kitchen set up, washer/dryer. Really nice home with community pool and jacuzzi. Furnished living room and dining room. The room will not be furnished, the photos attached is an example of the room that will be cleared out before Sept 1st. The only thing that’ll be in the room is a new wardrobe that is not pictured. Please note the bed in the photo is a queen just for your reference.

As of now, there are 3 females and myself living here. My fiancé and I are in the master bedroom. The two other rooms are occupied by the females. We’re all very easy to get along with, clean, fun, out going, responsible, chill, and respectful. My wife and I are above our mid 20s and the two other roommates are younger (19) but are very respectful and mature. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona four years ago and now work in construction and my fiancé went to Ventura College and currently works at City of Hope hospital. I can send more pictures of the house if anybody is interested or we can have you come over to check out the spot.
