Daniel's room

I have a room and private restroom available in my apartment. I currently live in a great area in Downtown Glendale, quiet and very clean. Close to freeways, grocery stores, Mall, Americana and Restaurants. Ive lived in this area for over 7 years and find this place a true gem. I am mainly looking to rent the room to someone around my age or older, also professional.

I am a professional in my early thirties. I am very clean and big on respect and communication. I am pretty flexible with accommodations. I do tend to be a homebody at times and when I am not home I am out running errands, hiking or out for a stroll. I work business hours, awake from 6-8 am and asleep by 10 pm.
