Shared washer and dryer communal space and street parking available. No meters only street cleaning. Ideal for one person who is a full time student or an employee. No pets or smoking centrally located to highways or bus lines.. its a quiet and safe court. a beautiful park across the court with tennis and basketball courts. Starbucks, banks,grocery shopping less than a mile away or 0.4 miles to be exact.

I live upstairs and there is plenty of privacy. I am a full time nurse who prefers another professional or student. Must have references, show proof of bank statements and pay for background check.
