I have a single family two story home located in Salinas, CA. Property is located in Montebella Neighborhood. Which is less than 15 mins away from Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Hospital. The property is a 5 bedroom and 3 fullbath home. I have THREE ROOMS that are for rent. Tenant has full access to the kitchen, laundry and all common areas. There are 2 TV’s in the home. One is located in the living room downstairs and another one in the loft which is located in the second floor. There are 2 dogs living on the property, Husky (8 years old) and a Chihuahua Yorkie (10years old), both dogs are well mannered, friendly and trained.
