Hello! We are looking for a new female or NB roommate to fill an open bedroom. We live in a triple decker apartment building in a safe, residential part of Brookline. Rent is only $800 + utilities. Brand new coin-op washer and dryer in the basement. Our neighborhood is beautiful and this is a great price for the location. It’s a five minute walk to the Brookline Hills T stop (D Line, Green Line), and is just down the block from a grocery store, a couple cafes and pizza joints, and more. We’re about a ten minute walk from the Brookline Reservoir, Jamaica Pond, the Brookline track, and Brookline Village. We’re about a twenty minute walk from Coolidge Corner. There is no parking available. If you have a car, you would need to find a spot to rent nearby. There is no overnight street parking. Utilities are extra, less than $100 per month (electric, gas, internet). No dogs or cats, only because we were cursed with allergies. But small pets welcome if kept in your room! Note that furnishings shown in bedroom photos will be cleared out.

You’d be living with three friendly, low key people who keep the place tidy. We get along well and share the common spaces. Open communication is very important to us.
