we’re looking for a fourth person to add to our lease. we are all girls and go to school/work full time. we’re renting out our living room space which we don’t use, you’re welcome to customize how you like whether you want to add borders or keep it open if you’re the type to just come and go. bathroom is shared between two girls right now and you would also have access to. the kitchen is shared and we have everything you may need including pans and seasonings to cook. at the moment we are still building our place but we will soon have a table and chairs for our balcony and barstools. wifi is also included. we would love to have you also contribute to our home-renovating enthusiasm. 💞
we all keep to ourselves and stay busy, but will eat together once in a while and talk. two of us attend csulb and the other does online classes at a community college and is an esthetician. we also have a small dog named arlo who is super friendly. the place still needs to get built up as we’ve only been here for two months but we would love to see if we would all get along!
