Spacious bedroom in three bedroom apartment available immediately. Includes shared bathroom with shower and tub. Private walk-in closet included as well. 10 foot tall ceilings give the space an open feel and the apartment is right next to one of Davis’ beautiful bike trails that leads directly to the UC Davis campus. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiards table and business center included in the common building. Cat friendly but no dogs. 12 month lease begins on September 1st but if you want to leave before that you can always have your lease taken over. International students welcome, older students or grad students preferred.

Current resident is 34 year old grad student/teacher seeking mature and responsible roommates. There is one cat in the apartment, a sweet but shy tabby who doesn’t shed too much. We do not host parties or play loud music.
