• really quiet, nice, family neighborhood, I think I’m the only college student living here
• very close to 45/ less than 10 min from 35, 5 min from gyms, 3 min from grocery stores, close to a lot of food places

I’m 23, from Houston but I’ve been in Austin for 5 years! I graduate from UT this fall in sociology & HDO. I’m mostly a homebody but do love to workout, go out with friends to eat, shop, get outside, bars, etc. occasionally. I have a 4-year-old lab named Benz & he’s the most laidback, sweet boy ever. Super accepting of everyone as long as you’re a good person haha. I’m VERY clean!!

Being friends obviously isn’t a requirement but I would love someone who doesn’t mind chatting every so often & maybe watching some TV together sometimes while we scroll our phones lol
