I am looking for a roommate to share a nice condo that’s on a quiet street in South Portland. It is centrally located, less than 10 minutes to Willard Beach, Bug Light, and the old port. There’s also numerous places to hop on the Greenbelt Pathway super close by! You would have a private bedroom with a good-sized closet, plus a bonus room and an assigned parking space. Both rooms come furnished, but can be unfurnished if you would prefer. The bedroom currently has a full sized bed with a brand new mattress and a bureau. The bonus room is in the finished lower level (technically the basement), with a comfy chair, yogibo, a TV, and a large closet for any additional storage needs! The eat-in kitchen was just painted and has decent counter space + a brand new dishwasher (not pictured). Laundry is in-unit and there’s a small deck in the back that’s nice to hang out on. This would be a good fit for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live, and I’m happy to show you around if you’re new to the area. I am a graduate student in my mid-twenties and I also work at a local coffee shop. I keep pretty busy between school and work, but love to read, cook, and explore outside when I have the time.
