We do have three cats and a dog so must be animal friendly although current roommate just keeps his door shut. Looking for a male to rent a room long or short term. Can pay 700 monthly or 175 weekly. Verizon internet included as well as use of kitchen and washer/dryer. One full bath and one half bath.

We are a m/f couple with a 17 year old son. He’s out of the marines and now works on property for the owner handling maintenance and landscaping. She works days and will be home most evenings.
