URGENT Hi everyone! My partner Lane and I are looking for people to fill our empty bedroom for the September-August lease. We have a 1 bath townhouse in North Davis. It’s a 15 minute bike ride to campus, and the F, G, and J bus lines are a short walk away. Our complex is quiet and filled with mostly families.

Room Info:

• $1036 for the room, $518 if split (rent cost includes water, sewage, and garbage utilities)
• Wifi and PG&E are additional costs, it is around $20-45 each month
• Although I don’t know the exact dimensions of your room, it comfortably fits 2 twin beds and 2 desks if you are looking to split this room. Your room also has a walk-in closet!
• Amenities: pool, street parking & parking lot, convenient location to Campus and proximity to stores like Savemart and Safeway

• Lane (they/them), going into 4th year at UC Davis as a Psychology major!
• Michael (he/him) works locally. uses marijuana for chronic pain, but does not smoke indoors and doesn’t do it near the house.
• We are clean, respectful of boundaries, and quiet.
