URGENT Hi everyone! I am looking for people to fill my empty bedroom for the September-August 2026-2027 lease. It is a 1 bath townhouse in North Davis. It’s a 15 minute bike ride to campus, and the F, G, and J bus lines are a short walk away. The complex is quiet and filled with mostly families.

Room Info:

• $1560 for the room, $780 if split between you and another person (rent cost includes water, sewage, and garbage utilities)
• Wifi and PG&E are additional costs, it is around $20-45 each month. Higher in the winter.
• Although I don’t know the exact dimensions of your room, it comfortably fits 2 twin beds and 2 desks if you are looking to split this room. Your room also has a walk-in closet!
• Amenities: pool, street parking & parking lot for free, convenient location to Campus and proximity to stores like Savemart and Safeway

I am a college student and working professional. I have a 3 year old cat named Petey who might be the most social cat I’ve ever met.

• Base level clean, respectful of boundaries, and quiet.
• If I’m home, I’m either doing homework or playing video games but I never get loud.
