Hello! I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate. If this ad is up, the space is still available.

The apartment is very centrally and conveniently located, in a cleaner and safer part of the SoMA neighborhood (at 4th Street and Harrison Street).

In a modern building that includes a gym, open patio space with BBQ and plentiful seating, parking spaces, a conference room, among other amenities. There is a Whole Foods just below on the ground floor and all of Target, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Starbucks, etc and the downtown core are within a short walking distance. The building has parking available (at an additional cost) and allows small pets (for a small monthly fee). The residents and staff are very kind and courteous.

The unit itself is airy and has 10ft ceilings has updated finishes as seen in the photos.

You will have the converted FLEX living room to yourself (can easily be walled off for your privacy). It is a beautiful sun-filled space with large bay windows. I use the bedroom, and the rest of the house will be shared space with me. The apartment has an in-unit laundry. It has a large bathroom with plentiful of cabinet space. You are also welcome to share the fully-equipped kitchen I have set up.

The space is unfurnished. Smoking allowed outside only.

Monthly rent is $1450 plus an additional $100/month for all utilities and internet.

Deposit: $1450

All paperwork is filed with the leasing office and requires their approval.

I am looking for a working professional or student who is down to earth, cleans up after themselves in a timely manner, is respectful of the shared space. I prefer for you not to have any overnight guests.
