Average sized room, walk in closet and shared bathroom. I like to keep my house clean. You’d be responsible for your food. If you’re looking for a place for you and your friends this ain’t it. If you can’t adhere to simple rules this ain’t it. I can’t stress enough about a clean house, so if you’re not so clean… This definitely ain’t it. I work, and work hard I’m not coo with anyone that can’t respect my home. If courtesy doesn’t sound familiar this ain’t it. This place is ideal for working, clean, professionals. NOT a party spot.

This is a very quiet neighborhood and I’d like it to remain as such. Common areas kitchen, living room and laundry room basically my house is your house clean after yourself, pay your bills on time and we good.

Double deck big yard, creek runs thru yard. Looking for An employed responsible roommate. On time paying bills and just a laid back individual. Having a vehicle is strongly suggested. No couples, kids or pets. LGBTQ+ friendly

Currently it’s myself and 1 roommate who is very cool and laid back, we both work like Hebrew slaves, its rare to see us both. My prior roomies were basically a trial run, short stay to see if this was something I was open to. Needless to say I enjoyed it so if you’re down to earth and responsible lets see if there’s a connection.. I also have 2 dogs who are like my children and a snake.. I can’t stress enough please PLEASEEEEEE do not ask me to consider you and a family or spouse its a single occupancy room..
