Brooklyn's room

Private room with semi private bathroom. We are looking to add 1 roommate with no animals (two dogs have already claimed their territory). Someone who is clean and responsible and who would like to actually enjoy the people they live with. Shared space is currently furnished, if you have your own stuff we can move some things around to make room.

Rent is 750 if split 3 ways, however the lease will renew at the end of the year and the new rate could be higher or lower depending on the market.

Walking distance to downtown Woodstock.

This is an apartment complex and they may require background check for adding roommate and deposit. TBD.

Married couple with two dogs who both work full time and are interested in increasing savings rate to help reach some longer term goals.

1 works 100% remote and the other is 3 days in office 2 days remote. Weekends off.

We would want someone who can feel comfortable and make this feel like a home, not like you’re just renting a room.
