The Room: Room is about 13 x 12 with off-white walls and cream colored carpet. There is a large window in the room, and a walk-in closet that is about 5 ft long and 4 feet wide.

Bathroom: The bathroom is directly across from the doorway that leads to your bedroom. This is the bathroom that is typically used by guests, as mine requires people to walk through my bedroom. Guest usage of this bathroom can be discussed.

Amenities: In the apartment, we have a fire place as well as a washer, dryer, and dish washer in unit. I have a smoker (bbq) on the patio and a variety of kitchen appliances that can be used. The apartment complex has 2 gyms, 2 pools, and 2 jacuzzis. We also have the availability to use the community aquatics center, though I haven’t done that in my 4 years of living here.

Utilities: The utilities are around $300 on average, so the share is around $150 per person.

Parking: The parking within the complex is hit or miss, but if you are in before 4 pm, you can usually find a spot. Garage does have parking available, but it is also used for some storage, so you would have to be okay with your car being around other items.

About Me: I am a 28, soon to be 29, yr old female that works professionally for most of the day. I do alternate between working in office and working from home, but from home is typically just during afternoon times (if I decide to not stay at work). The one caveat that people may not like is I have a total of 4 animals: 3 cats and 1 dog. This was an unintentional number, but it just happens to be the animals I have. I hold full responsibility of the animals and would never require a roommate to help care for them - but I absolutely need someone who is GOOD with living with them. Not just tolerating animals, but actually enjoy animals so I know they’re good to be around, even if I am not home. They roam the common areas and my room, but know to stay out of your room and bathroom. All are well behaved and love each other for the most part, but the cats don’t do well if another animal is introduced (so, its best if you don’t have animals, unfortunately). The dog is indifferent and just wants love.

It’s a lot - I know. Personally, I am pretty laid back and don’t really have a ton of “house rules” other than those that are considered common courtesy. The common areas do have furniture and decor, but I can always move stuff because I want to make sure the roommate coming in is comfortable, as its their place they live in too.
