I’ve recently been accepted for a lease for a beautiful house in the mountains of Scotts Valley. It’s 3 bedrooms and I’m looking for two individuals to rent it with me. The rooms are $1200 each and utilities are about $50-75 a month. The rooms are a nice size, each with a big closet and the bathroom would be shared between two. The house has an amazing big living room with floor to ceiling windows and a fireplace, with normal heating as well. It also has an additional room, that’s like a sun room that could be used as a shared office, guest room, etc. I have two cats and the landlord doesn’t want any more pets, so you have to be ok with cats. The house is available September 1st. I’d prefer those in the LGBTQ+ community, but I’m open to others.

A bit about me: I’m in my early 30’s and I’m a therapist specializing in women’s issues. I mostly work online at the moment, but will be getting an office space in the next month. I’m not interested in having a party house, but I would like to have a social house. I’d like to be able to be friends with the people I live with. Sometimes cooking together, having game/movie nights, hosting dinners, maybe host a book club, etc. Of course I want to be respectful of people’s schedules, but this situation might not work for you if you want a very quiet, keep to yourself kind of place. I really enjoy meditation, cooking, yoga, gardening, dancing, and connecting with others. If you think we sound like a good fit, please send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself!
