Welcome to our home resort. Relax and unwind after a long hard day of work. Imagine coming home to a perfectly prepared entrée. Take a dip in the pool, bast in the sunshine, enjoy your favorite beverage on the dock while watching a pink and purple sunset. Relax in the hot tub by the fireplace under the stars. Sounds like it’s time to order dessert or hors d’oeuvres from our gourmet kitchen. As concierge I am on par with any five star hotel with a Michelin star restaurant. If you’re retired or work from home all the better. Imagine waking up to a wonderful handcrafted cup of coffee, pastry or breakfast at your preferred seating. There is a spare room for an art studio, photo studio, office, study, guest room, etc. So you are just a few steps from your workspace. There’s ample outdoor space to move around or exercise. Fire-up the Oklahoma Joe’s smoker grill for cookouts and pool parties on weekends, holidays or special occasion. Waterfront living with a boat dock, swimming pool with hot tub, screened Florida room with pool table, dartboard and putting green. At the end of your day or whenever you feel you retreat to your spacious nearly 12” x 14” air conditioned comfy room with a spacious closet and windows on three sides. If you wish to have a security key to your room that can be provided on your move-in day at no cost to you. You can pick it up or we can go together to Lowe’s or Home Depot so you are guaranteed to be the only person with access to your keys.

Our home is in a sweet location. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean Beaches, about 1/2 mile from Patrick SFB Southgate, 10 minutes drive to Cocoa Beach, 55 minutes to Disney World and the attractions. “Resort style living 24/7”

My daughter is attending the University of Hawaii. It is her room along with shared spaces that you would be renting. I am a single dad/girl dad, United States Air Force retired. My job was to rescue downed pilots behind enemy lines, and recover astronauts and space vehicles upon return from space. As a father to a wonderful and amazing young lady,I’m an advocate for the prevention and eliminationI sexual abuse and domestic violence. I’m kind, helpful, cheerful, honest, trustworthy, respectful, courteous, intelligent, brave and protective of my family, friends and roommates. After retiring from the USAF I put all my great knowledge to good use by registering my own designs, systems and methods with the US pattern and trademark office and collaborating with others within my circle. I spend the majority of my time relaxing. When you enjoy and do as many things like I do, it is also relaxing for me to work on my Corvette, designing and improving systems and methods, keeping the resort up to speed, preparing gourmet cuisine, swimming and an occasional 10,000m speed skate at the ice rink in Rockledge. I’ll squeeze in an occasional skydive and scuba dive. I also wright lyrics, screenplays, commercials and comedy.

I’ve been babysitting my daughter‘s/our cat for the last three years. She’s around here somewhere.
