About the room
The room is downstairs and has its own bathroom and is furnished with a bed and TV. A great room in a nice townhouse. You also get your own parking spot in the garage. The pictures posted are of the common areas. The room is not pictured, as I am currently in the room. All utilities are included in the price. Open to couples/ room sharing as well. Washer and Dryer are in the home as well. Pool and small fitness center are available and shared with the whole community. It is also gated as well.
About the roomies
The other roommates keep to themselves most of the time. They’re nice roommates who won’t bother you much. Everyone in the townhouse is very respectful and kind and it’s an overall nice place to live. Quiet area, safe as well.
