David's room

Centrally located within 3 miles of I 11, 215, shopping (Walmart, Target, 4 grocery stores, etc;), and 6 miles from Boulder City/Lake Mead. 10X12 furnished room with new queen bed, dresser, 5+ ft. closet and 40 inch wifi tv in quiet neighborhood. Room for a desk, or other small furniture. Furnished only, since I am not getting rid of my stuff for yours, and there is NO storage in the garage. Newly remodeled bath shared with homeowner. Use of kitchen, laundry, common areas, and backyard with BBQ. Street parking in front.

I am 57, retired, and have owned my home for 9 years. I have rented out rooms for the past 6, and currently have a 30 yr. old army vet in the 3rd bedroom. He is a medical student–I try to do nothing, with little success. A former contractor, I am forever fixing my house. The joys of home ownership!
