Hello, hello! I am looking to pass down my lease for my room in a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom apartment starting September 1 until the end of August, 2024.

About the apartment: Lease starts September 1 and ends in August 2024. The apartment is located on Woodlawn and 62nd.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment, and there are 3 floors total; two rooms on the top floor who share a bathroom, two rooms on the bottom floor who share a bathroom, and the middle floor is where the kitchen and living room are which also has a bathroom. You would be taking one of the rooms on the third floor.

Rent is split evenly among the roommates, and your rent would be $600/month. Water is included with the rent- utilities separate from rent which we pay for are electricity, gas, and wifi which is roughly $85 average a month.

Perks include: an in-unit dishwasher, in-unit washer & dryer, 2 balconies, a 10 minute walk to campus, 15 minute walk to Jewel Osco, an 8 minute walk to the Metra.

You would be living with 3 lovely individuals: 1 recent graduate from the Crown school and 2 current graduate students at the Harris school. They are looking for a female-identifying individual, ideally in their early to mid twenties, and someone who is open-minded, clean, queer/BIPOC/religiously/disability-friendly individual.
