Rent period: monthly. Roughly $1100/mo. with rent+utilities+internet.

Residents are expected to share in weekly chores. As this is a shared house, we all need to do our part to make it livable.

Looking for a 6 month commitment.

We’re within walking distance to various (Ballard, Downtown via SLU, Cap Hill, and UW) buses, groceries, hardware, bank, bars etc.

$1410 to move in: Includes 1st month and $500 NON refundable deposit that goes towards house upkeep. (This could include things like painting the walls in your room (a neutral color) or finding the house a new piece of furniture etc. that makes it better. I don’t need the first and last or a credit check, but we’ve all pitched in the $500 to better the house.

Good shower pressure and heat, summertime is hot but your room has an AC and a window that opens. Front porch with views of Greenlake sports field activities…Medium traffic noise, though your room is the farthest from the street.

There is a 3 year old fun loving, energetic lab mix that currently resides in the home and unfortunately no more cats/dogs are allowed at the moment.

Currently there are 2 males and a lab mix residing in the home.
*He’s a musician/outdoorsy guy, and never here. (36) *I’m a work from home/tinkerer/ photographer/gamer/crafter guy. (43) *Medium lab mix (3): he’s fun loving, high energy and 90% quiet.

I am seeking dog loving humans with this ad. Unfortunately no more than the one dog is allowed in the house and this space is filled.

I’d like someone that leans towards outgoing and social, but is past their party days. If you’re in your early 20s, you probably aren’t a good fit, but l’ll give anyone a chance. Just understand that this is not a party house.

It would be nice to see the people I live with and actually develop a rapport. That doesn’t mean we need to be best friends, but if you don’t want to chat sometimes this isn’t the place for you… At the same time, I absolutely value everyone’s privacy and need to recharge. My alone time is also sacred to me. l’ll take someone that I trust and pays rent on time in a pinch, but again…I want a RAD, respectful vibe in this house.

The house is mostly decorated with my eclectic stuff; I’m a treasure hunter with a wide gamut of tastes..feel free to add your own style to the place too. I was a picker for years and am in the process of downsizing. Expect there to be stuff around.
