Daniel's room

First, the price of room is SLIGHTLY negotiable. This place is a duplex with 1.5 baths. Laundromat on property. It is very close to sunset cliffs and local beaches. The available room does have a queen bed in it and can be moved if needed. There is a fresh lemon tree and on property.

Currently I live alone and have been for about 6 months. I am a veteran of the USMC and just looking for someone who is chill, clean and available to communicate as an adult. I do not currently have any pets, but I am open to having a cat. I am dog friendly, but dogs require a deposit plus a guarantee that they will NOT be loud and bark as our neighbors are in close proximity. 420 and alcohol friendly. I am a small business owner and am a morning person for gym before work and after work I coach middle school sports. Preferably, I would like a person who does the night shift, but your work schedule is not a deal breaker.
