Sergio's room

Single family home with a basement unit for rent. The basement includes a very large bedroom (21’x12’), a private bathroom, and a gym I plan on setting up. Tennant would have access to all communal areas as well like the living room on the 1st floor and the backyard/patio which includes a fire pit. Tennant would also get a garage spot in the 2 car garage. Heads up, I do have a dog.

My name is Sergio, I am the owner of the house and would be the only other person living there. I’m a 31 year old Asian male that works as an engineer but I work from home most of the time. I love to hike, Brazilian jiu jitsu, work out, and run with my girlfriend (she won’t be living in the house). Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit.
