Terrace Arbor Court

Its in a lovely, quiet little neighborhood in Temple Terrace. You’ll have the room to yourself. It’s 10’ x 12’ with a 2’ x 7’ closet and some additional loft space above the closet. You would likely share the master bathroom, which has 2 sinks and plenty of space. We have a large kitchen as well as a large shared living space. Washer and dryer will be available for use. Wifi is included in the rent price. Utility bills will be divided equally month to month.

Your roomies will be 3 recent college graduate males. We are all very polite and courteous, and we like to maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing home. We enjoy coffee, cooking, and playing music together. If you play an instrument, you’re welcome to jam! We also have 2 cats who are very friendly and cuddly.
