This is just one of the rooms for rent in my 4 bedroom house in the friendly and eclectic neighborhood of Lakewood Terrace, South St. Petersburg! This particular room is on the 2nd floor of our 1700 sq ft home, which has central AC and hard wood floors throughout. This is the largest of the 4 rooms with its spacious walk in closet. It can come furnished (as seen in the photos) or unfurnished. Up to you! The residence is a 7 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg, 20 min to Tampa airport, and 7 min from the sunshine skyway. The property is nestled between Lake Maggorie and the gulf, which means you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the same balcony. Unfortunately, at this time I am not accepting any more pets, as we already have one tri-legged cat and a service dog named Loki who loves everything and everybody. The house itself is fully furnished with everything pictured, and much more! Tenants have full access to common areas, as well as the fenced in back yard and above ground swimming pool. Monthly rent includes: High speed Frontier internet, cable, water, electric, monthly cleaning service and pest control.

Hi, I’m Jenn! I’m in my early 40’s and work part time during the week. Some of my hobbies include photography, hair styling, crafting, going downtown and dancing, and snuggling my bearded dragon. Michael is in his late 30’s and works full time during the week. He is a proud dog-dad to Loki, and enjoys spending time on his boat as well as pretty much any and everything else outdoorsy.
