University Street

Hey there! We are 5 male college students that go to the University of Utah. My landlord wants someone to fill in the last room upstairs at this house we rent. It isn’t luxurious, but the location is practically unbeatable. One minute walk from the trax and the stadium, right below campus is hard to beat. I did my best to take some pictures of our property and the room you’d rent. The laundry room is downstairs and we have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and oven upstairs. It will be fully cleaned by the time you move in, our landlord recently refurbished it. Thanks for your time!
