Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 3 bed, 2 bath house in Wedgwood with. You’ll have your own unfurnished private master bedroom + bathroom, as well as a private living area with a built in bar. The furnished shared space includes the main level living room, dining, kitchen, garage, and backyard. The house has been recently remodeled and boasts a gas stove, SS appliances, new washer/dryer, covered pergola with BBQ, and plenty of storage. It’s conveniently located blocks from Wedgwood’s town shops and restaurants, and is a 7 min drive to UW and Seattle Children’s Hospital, 12 min drive to downtown, and 3 min walk to the bus stop on 35th. The $2,000/month includes electric, garbage, water, sewer, and internet. Natural gas will be split evenly. Move-in is available any time after Sep 1. The current lease is for 1 year single occupancy, but can be adjusted to accommodate shorter or month-to-month options.

I am the only person who will live in the house. I’m an engineer in my late 20s who enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and DIY projects. Seattle has been home for the past 7 years and I’ve grown to love its unique mix of mountain and city life, and vibrant north Seattle neighborhoods. I’m looking for a friendly and conscientious roommate who is tidy and respectful of common spaces. There is a large fenced yard so pets can be considered on a case by case basis.
