This 3bedroom, 2 bathroom house is in the heart of sugarhouse area in SLC! A minute walk takes you to the corner of 2100 S and 1000 E where you can enjoy various restaurants, fast food places, bars, and the cinemark movie theater.

The room we are looking to rent out to someone is located in the basement of the house and you would share the bathroom with one of us! The home features all new kitchen appliances and is newly renovated, yet still holds all of its unique charm.

The house is listed as non-smoking and would have a small, friendly cat so we cannot allow any more pets on the property!

Bailey (23 years old), and I, Michele (22 years old) are looking for a female roommate similar in age! We are both working professionals, and I am a student at the U so most of the weekdays the environment in the house would be very relaxing and chill! We do hope to host our group of friends on the weekends where they could come over and share some alcoholic beverages, watch movies, play boardgames, walk to the bars, etc. With that, it is important to us that you are LGBTQ+ friendly and would not oppose this sort of environment.

We really wish to find someone soon for this specific house, however, if we are not accepted we wish to continue our search. We have a few other 3 bedroom houses that we are interested in that are all within the same price range, and would love to have someone join us in our search!
