About the room
The room is a spacious 14ft x 14ft, with a window and a wide closet. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (4 roommates), large open kitchen, dining/living room, hardwood floors, spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, dishwasher, laundry, and some storage. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, Safeway is 1 block away, close to multiple muni lines, and easy street parking! No pets allowed.
We are looking for someone in their mid 20s-30s. Has steady job/income (rent is $1200/mo, deposit $1000, utilities around $100 each), cleans up after themselves, fits with the vibe of the roommates. Easy to get along with and friendly. Asking for long-term commitment, about a year. Move in is September 1st.
About the roomies
The current roommates are 3 guys, pretty clean, not very noisy. Each of us have very different work hours, get along with each other. 420 friendly.
