•Location: Jefferson Park/West Adams. Only 5 miles from USC, DTLA, The Grove, Culver City, & Hollywood. Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, and Target within 3 miles. 20 mins to beaches.

•Room details: Space for full bed. Space for desk/workstation + dresser.

•Lease/Utilities: Room $808 + no more than $100 for utilities. 1 year lease then month to month.

Current Roommates: Two ladies (early 30s & late 20s). Both work full-time and like to keep a clean and quiet space.

•Pets: there are 3 cats here already so not looking to add anymore unfortunately.

•Looking for female only. Respectful and pays bills on time. Clean, responsible, & considerate of roommates. Cool with sharing cleaning and splitting cost of household items we all use (e.g. tissue, paper towels). Preferably working full-time/has steady work and doesn’t work from home. Good credit is a must (landlord request).

•Parking: One shared parking space and street parking. If multiple tenants have car, space is used on rotating basis.

•Move-in: First month’s rent ($808), a security deposit ($861), and credit check required to move in.

There are 2 women living here. I’m in my early 30’s and my other roommate is in her 20’s. We both work full-time and have consistent routines. The landlords live right next door but they’re very nice.
