Seeking for responsable person, preferably students. Very nice apartment, spacious and with ample sun light. It’s in a well located area, just a short 10-minute drive from Epic Flight Academy and 15 minutes from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
It’s a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Very peaceful, not a party place.
RENT: One person: $1,000 per month plus $250 security deposit. Two persons: $1,600 per month plus $250 security deposit from each.
INCLUDES…Wi-fi, electric, water, inside washer/dryer & accesible parking.
BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRIVERS LICENSE ID REQUIRED.
We would have to meet and schedule a visit.
About the roomies
I am bilingual but prefer to speak in Spanish. I am just looking for a reliable person willing to establish a good and trustworthy housing relationship.
