The complex is 5 minutes to downtown and walking distance to the Plaza. This is a two bedroom apartment! The rooms are on opposite sides of the unit. The room for rent has its own personal bathroom and walk-in closet.

Comes with washer and dryer. The kitchen and living room area is spacious. Parking and community is gated.

We pay for insurance, internet (Cox), and electricity separately from rent. It’s not included in the rent cost but runs approximately $100.

Pending new contract to verify what next year’s rent is looking like. Am looking for a roommate that can move in as early as mid-September. Current roommate is moving out in September.
