Hi, I have a huge basement with its own kitchen, living room, two bedrooms a private bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. I am older and move around slowly. I do smoke so that has to be okay and do not mind if you smoke as well. My best friend just passed and we were friends for many years. I am looking to fill his space as new friends I am a single grandfather with a huge heart and very kind.
