I have a 4bd 3bth home an I’m looking for two FEMALE roommates between Sep 1st & Oct 1st

The home is located in N st pete near Gandy blvd an 4th st 6mins to Gandy beach 15 mins from downtown/st.Pete pier 16mins from tampa airport

Each room is unfurnished Each tenant will have own bath However one bath is private (inside the room) an one is right outside House has screened in front porch, fenced backyard, laundry, and an open floor plan

There is no application However background check, income verification and deposit required
Room w/bath= 1100 inclusive • Deposit 1000 Room w/out = 1020 inclusive • Deposit 920

Pets are by case
