Come be my roomie but with your own level almost exclusively to yourself! The nicely finished basement suite includes a spacious bedroom with large closet, private bathroom with double vanity and family room-all exclusively yours. The laundry room (that we’ll share use of) has been converted into a little kitchenette with sink and mini-fridge for you so you can (but don’t have to!) make meals or just your morning cup of coffee in your own space. It is currently furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, tall dresser, storage shelves with cabinets, tv stand, love seat, side table, bench and additional shelves, but if you have your own items you’d like to bring, I can move items out. You’ll have off street parking on the alley behind my home on a quiet street on the border of Minneapolis and very close to 694 & 94. I have a fully fenced backyard with a deck off the main level and a separate fire pit patio. You’re welcome in the main level kitchen and will have your own full sized fridge/freezer on that level.

I use a tenant website for a background checks and will reduce the deposit by your cost for the background check ($35). I also need proof of income.

Me and my 10 year old dog, Dax, have lived here since last October and I love the neighborhood and convenient access to Minneapolis or the suburbs. I work from home and spend a mix of evenings in and out and some weekends away. My quiet boyfriend is over a lot and we like to hit up breweries and go for dinner or spend time out. I don’t have people over much and don’t have parties, so you can expect a quiet, safe, peaceful home.
