We have a two-bedroom/one-bathroom semi-private suite you will share with one other female tenant. The suite comes with a furnished living room and a developing kitchenette that’s suitable for simpler meals. A washer/dryer unit will be added in the coming months. Until then, you will need to use the local laundromat.

The available bedroom is 14’ x 10’ and comes with a full-size bed, a chest of drawers, a 3-door wardrobe with full size mirror, shoe rack and nightstand. The room is priced at $750 per month. Utilities is an additional $125 per month. The security deposit is $250.

We have central heating and air, Brinks Home Security System, Roku high-definition streaming. Utilities include the usual, plus: pest control, internet Wi-Fi and HVAC air quality control. You will have access to backyard amenities and driveway parking is available.

We live in a beautiful, forested, low-crime and quiet community with a park, private lake and tennis courts less than a 10-minute walk away. A golf course is weaved throughout the neighboring community, with the club house just a 20-minute casual walk. Access to everyday shopping and restaurants is a 5 to 12-minute drive. The LINC Hiking Trail and Nixon Centre for Performing & Visual Arts are both a 7-minute drive down the road. Piedmont Hospital and I-85 access are a 10-minute drive. Downtown Newnan and Peachtree City are both 15 minutes away, and the airport is a 30-minute drive.

My wife, adult-son, sister and I live upstairs in our split-level house. My wife and I work from home. My sister is disabled and lives with us. So, we’re home most of the time, however you’ll rarely see us. We generally keep to ourselves, but are very welcoming and friendly.
