There is a half bath located downstairs. Bath has shower/bath combo and double vanity. The bedroom is furnished with queen bed memory foam mattress, newly painted and has a built-in walk-in closet. Washer and dryer are available. Parking space available. The location is 8 minutes way from NSWC Naval Base and 30 minutes from Tyndall AFB. Rent is by monthly and includes all the utilities.

We are a mature and respectful military/ veteran individuals who work 9-10 hours a day, five days a week and we’re looking for someone who has no drama, easy to get along, respectful to others and clean. There are only two of us in the house so you will be the third person. Are family is not with us so we are pretty much out of town once or twice a month to go visit them.
