Beth's room

There is visitor parking, but it’s first come first serve. Large bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. We are close to a shopping center, and a Starbucks is a less 3 minute walk from the property. No pets allowed. One small dog in house, he is kind. No overnight visitors.

I am a middle aged women with a 40 hour full-time job. I am off on the weekends. I like to garden, read books, and knit. The other tenant is in his early thirties, works for 40 hours a week, and tends to stay in his bedroom and play videogames.
