We have a master suite for rent in a house in Northbrook, IL. Spacious private room downstairs with your own private bathroom, which are featured in the photos.

There is so much parking at this house, it is ridiculous: 3 garages, and multiple driveway spots. Washer and dryer are both located in thee basement, which is also equipped with boxing equipment!
The front and back yards are both extremely large, and lawn-care is taken care of by the landlord. There is a back porch, and side patio area as well as a shed.

You would have two roommates: myself, and Nate, who live upstairs. We are in our early 20s and a few years out of college, with both of us making the move to Chicago last year. There are 3 of us total, but we are sadly losing a roommate who is moving in with his girlfriend, so we are looking for someone to come join us! We are two easygoing guys who tend to keep it pretty lowkey; we work (Nate is a teacher and I am in business), go to the gym, and enjoy relaxing on the weekends. There is also a very sweet cat in the house named Telly, so hopefully you like cats.
