Brittany's room

The home is located just behind Target. Not too far from a Streamline bus stop. This is a 3bed 2 1/2 bath home. You would be sharing a bathroom with one person. We do have a garage, but we use it for storage and a home gym. There is street parking in front of the condo. I’d be happy to give you a tour of the home if we could meet for coffee first! You would share the home with 3 people. My name is Brittany and I’m 25. My fiancé August, who is 23. We also have a newborn. And the 3rd roomies name is Chris and he’s 23. We’re all pretty quiet and laid back, but also friendly and personable! We do have two dogs on the lease already and the property is strict on not having more animals. We don’t mind having friends over for a beer on weekends, but we are not party people. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and courteous of the shared areas in the home. I also really appreciate someone who is communicative. We’re all sharing a home so we should be able to speak freely. We are hoping to find somebody around our age and mindset.
